WHAT IS CHIC?
Get a glimpse into the future of healthcare at the 2024 CharmHealth Innovation Challenge for the opportunity to showcase your digital health innovations and connect with influential healthcare partners, investors, and entrepreneurs. This Innovation Challenge specifically targets entrepreneurs developing products/solutions related to Digital Health and EHRs, and provides a unique platform for startups to receive tailored support that addresses their specific needs in the complex healthcare landscape.
WHY PARTICIPATE IN CHIC?
The CharmHealth Innovation Challenge 2023 was a tremendous opportunity to present HealMed Solutions to a panel of clinicians and venture capitalists. The feedback, support, and cheerleading from the audience and the CharmHealth team, and insights from venture capitalists who had knowledge and experience in the health tech space was invaluable, but also energizing. It was a great exposure and helped me improve my skills and confidence in narrating the story of HealMed's journey while showcasing its nuanced benefits in the world of mental healthcare delivery.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
To be considered for the 2024 Innovation Challenge, submit an entry application with a slide deck of your pitch no later than August 1, 2024 12PM PST. (Download Template) Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until the deadline, at which candidates will be shortlisted and invited to present their innovations on pitch day. Applications will still be accepted past the due date for the next Innovation Challenge.
After you’ve submitted your application, our team will review and make final decisions. Selected candidates will receive an invitation to present at Pitch Day with their final pitch presentation. You must confirm your in-person attendance no later than August 14, 2024 12PM PST.
On August 23-25, 2024, shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to present their ideas in-person to an audience of investors, entrepreneurs, and technology leaders. Candidates who are presenting in-person will be provided with free food and accommodation.

Developers
Health IT consultants or developers who would like to be part of the CharmHealth ecosystem or provide prototype solutions for a large market opportunity may submit various solutions or mobile applications that use CharmHealth API.

Fast track to CharmHealth Marketplace
Access to additional revenue opportunities
Mentoring by Industry experts
Students
Students are encouraged to present health technology solutions including AI/ML/NLP, wearable devices, and other emerging technologies. It is not mandatory to use CharmHealth API for student applicants.

Paid internship opportunity

Non-Profits & Research Groups
Nonprofits are encouraged to build or showcase solutions using CharmHealth or CharmHealth API (telehealth, rural health access, community hospitals, etc) and present a video. Research groups that can utilize CharmHealth’s API to study/publish new discoveries/analytics, data visualizations, algorithms, and other research tools, based on de-identified data.
